1 Day Somatic Retreat

A somatic* based 1-day retreat to gently guide you back home to yourself. Understand who you are and learn how to love yourself, exactly the way you are.

Therapeutic BookClub

This isn't your regular bookclub... we go deep to process varying topics, guided by a carefully chosen book. Guided by two therapists, with the work grounded in somatic experiencing, this 5 week club will leave you with a deeper understanding of yourself.

2 day Kambo Retreat

This 2 day kambo retreat is for those who have experienced or are currently experiencing parental trauma, neglect, loss or absence. Gain a deeper understanding of how you have been navigating the emotions associated with the pain, and to process and release it, with the help of frog.

Individual Work
